The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court termed all participants learned people and said that their input would be "tremendously beneficial for the growth and development of this academy". "We're here today to deliberate on continuing education for all stakeholders of administration of justice system - a subject of great importance to all of us. Education is...a sure path to success for individuals, communities and economies. And continuing quality judicial education will go a long a way in translating the dream of 'Justice for All' a reality in this country. Insha Allah," he said.
"In our tradition of rigorous back to back training courses for Judicial Officers and other subjects as per the mandate of the Academy, we initiated twenty four training courses. In these courses, training was imparted to more than 520 trainees from all over Pakistan including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-baltistan. It is a clear testimony that FJA excels in disseminating judicial knowledge.
"To make the training more effective, we have undertaken various initiatives which include providing incentives to the trainee judges as 'gift of Book' to winners of Essay competition; implementing innovation related performance indicators; promoting innovative culture through talks; seminars and workshops; online training courses and other supports. Through the efforts of our dedicated faculty and staff members, FJA has made headway on diverse areas of contemporary and emerging importance in the domain of judicial education."
